In this video I discuss what is a "serious health condition" under the Family Medical Leave Act in New London, Connecticut. The FMLA provides for 12 weeks of unpaid leave for a qualifying condition.  Under the FMLA one can take leave for a serious health condition which means that you have inpatient medical care or you have a continuing course of treatment.
