In this video I describe the three parts to the classic definition of disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act.  If you are disabled in Connecticut or in any other state then you are protected under Americans with Disabilities Act.  Under the act, a disability is defined as a (1) physical or mental impairment that (2) substantially limits, a (3) major life activity.

If you or anyone you know has suffered from discrimination as a result of a disability then we can help.  Feel free to contact The Bartinik Law Firm, P.C., 100 Fort Hill Road, Groton, Connecticut at 860-445-8521 or toll free at 888-717-4211.
