Attorney Peter Bartinik, Jr. is a regular speaker at seminars involving personal injury law in Connecticut.

On November 20, 2014, at the Best Western Hotel in North Haven, Connecticut he spoke to other lawyers on the topic of Damages in Personal Injury.  More specifically he addressed the issue of how medical bills get paid in a car accident case, and how do health insurance companies get paid back when they incur medical charges from a car accident or personal injury case.  Additionally, he discucced liens in personal injury cases including Medicare, Medicaid, Husky, child support liens, prison liens, the Medical Care Recovery Act, ERISA, and the lastest caselaw involving ERISA.  Lastly, he discussed legal ethics.

The seminar was well received, and went well.
