That is generally bad.   It is bad for you.  It is also bad for society.  And certainly bad for the person you injure in a car crash.  You should not be driving a car.  It is against the law.  If you have no insurance you run the risk of getting into a car crash, and seriously injuring someone with no means to pay for the harms and losses you cause.   Furthermore, you will subject yourself to a court claim against you personally for the damages you caused, and if you can’t pay the claim, then you subject yourself to wage attachments, property attachments, and other legal remedies.  Lastly, you pass all of these problems onto society by creating losses that can’t pay for.  It is very irresponsible to drive a car with no insurance.  Don’t do it.

If you or anyone you know was a victim on a serious car accident and have a question about a car or truck accident or car insurance please call the car accident lawyers at The Bartinik Law Firm PC, 100 Fort Hill Road, Groton, Connecticut at 860 445 8521 or toll free at 888 717 4211.
