Medical malpractice | CT rules | Similar health provider
In this video attorney Peter Bartinik, Jr., Esq. explains what is important about a similar health provider in a Connecticut medical malpractice case.
In Connecticut, there are special rules that apply to medical malpractice cases. One of them is that you cannot bring a case until you have a certification from a similar health provider that there is reasonable cause to believe that medical malpractice has occurred.
Without such a certification, you can't bring the case.
