Employee grievance process for disputes with your employer

Peter J. Bartinik, Jr.
Civil Trial Attorney, Practicing Law in Connecticut

In this video I explain the two important concepts of an employee grievance process. You should know your employer's grievance process that applies to you.  If there is one, then there is a good chance that you must follow it, and if you don't then you might lose your rights.  Also, federal employees will generally have the right to seek attorneys fees for disputes involving lost wages.  So, for a federal employee following the employee grievance process correctly is very important.

If you are a federal employee or an employee of a company with a grievance process, and you have questions, then we can help.  Contact The Bartinik Law Firm, P.C., 100 Fort Hill Road, Groton, Connecticut at 860-445-8521 or toll free at 888-717-4211.
