That is a summary page.  It lists the coverage and other basic information about your policy.  The declarations page is very handy to have around because from it you can quickly answer questions like what coverage to your have, and the amount of the coverage.  In order to fully understand your policy you will need read the declarations page, and the terms of the policy as well.  In order to get your entire policy you can ask your insurance company for a copy of the entire policy, and you should expect to receive a copy in about two weeks.
